How to Prepare
- Add the pudding mixture to approximately 1 litre of coconut milk, using a combination of thick and thin coconut milk.
- Add approximately four spoonfuls of sugar or treacle, according to preference.
- Add salt as required.
- Cook over low heat for approximately 10 minutes.
- Stir continuously while cooking.
- Adjust the cooking time slightly depending on the heat level and desired consistency.
- Once prepared, optionally garnish with sesame seeds and cashews or ground nuts.
